1. Purpose

These terms of use define the rules for accessing and using the KINSUYIM website, including placing orders. By using the site, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products

KINSUYIM products are cosmetics and food supplements. They are not medicines and do not replace a medical consultation or treatment. If you have a skin condition, consult a healthcare professional.

Product images on the site are not contractually binding; packaging may differ slightly from the photos.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in Algerian dinars (DZD) including all taxes, excluding delivery fees, which are shown before order confirmation. KINSUYIM reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect when the order is placed.

An order becomes final once confirmed by us, usually by phone call. We reserve the right to refuse any abnormal order or one placed in bad faith.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided when ordering. Delivery times are indicative and may vary by region. KINSUYIM cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, only products returned in their original unopened packaging are accepted. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will exchange it.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (brand, logo, texts, images, formulas) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of KINSUYIM. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

7. Liability

KINSUYIM strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site, without guaranteeing that it is entirely error-free. KINSUYIM cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the products contrary to the instructions.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
